For any technical question you may have regarding Alconsoft software, it is recommended that you first check out the answers to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section or consult the video tutorials and the User Guide in order to attempt to resolve the issue yourself. 
In case you cannot find the answer to your question there, click here for the Support Request Form. Use this form to directly send a technical inquiry or problem to Alconsoft's technical support team. 
Please provide us with the following information: 
  • User name  (the email used for program activation) 
  • Program Serial number 
  • Version (for instance ExtrAXION 2.000.000)
  • Operating system version (e.g. Win 7/64 SP1)
  • Make and model of your computer 
  • A brief description of the problem
Once submitted, your support request will be processed and assigned to the appropriate team and an answer email will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
